Now Available at Robinson Lighting – SSL Architectural Product Innovation Award WAC Lighting’s LEDme Step Lights.

Constructed with a cast aluminum body, WAC’s Step and Wall Lights can be dimmed with an ELV dimmer and feature a replaceable LED module. The LED luminaires minimize energy consumption and maintenance while extending their life to 50,000 hours.

Faceplates are available in White, Bronze and Brushed Nickel designer finishes to coordinate with a variety of decors.

The Step Light luminaires are IP66 rated and UL listed for wet locations and are backed by WAC Lighting’s five-year product warranty.

Robinson Lighting Winnipeg, Showroom of the Year

May 9, Winnipeg MB– Robinson Lighting is proud to announce that it has been selected as a finalist for Lighting Showroom of the Year sponsored by Residential Lighting magazine and Dallas Market Center.

Judges for this year’s finalists were; Michelle Lamb, Chairman of Marketing Directions Inc. and Editorial Director of The Trend Curve, Eden Prairie, MN; Jon Schallert, President of The Schallert Group and founder of Destination University, Longmont, CO ; and Crystal Vilkaitis, Director of Social Media for SnapRetail, Vista, CA.

“When planning our showroom our primary focus was letting the customer see how the light will look in their home” says Brett Robinson, President.  Robinson Lighting has organized their showroom with vignettes that are controlled by Optiwatt System (only 10% of lights are on per display).  “We are extremely honoured just to be a finalist for Showroom of the Year” says Executive Vice President, Leigh Robinson.

Robinson Lighting Winnipeg is constantly working hard to keep the showroom looking fresh and keeping up with the trends in the industry.  Brett Robinson, President says “we have customers stop by regularly just to see what’s new.” He continues “the staff get excited and that shows.”

On June 21, 2012, during the Dallas International Lighting Market, one Showroom of the Year will be named in each of three dollar-volume categories (annual revenue under $2 million, revenue under $5 million and $5 million and over) from a field of 10 finalists in that category. All 30 finalists are also eligible for three specialty awards, presented for Outstanding Merchandising Display, Exceptional Community Involvement and Most Significant Accomplishment in the past year.

All of the finalists will be profiled in a special section appearing in the May issue of Residential Lighting.
