Join Us
Our showroom in Salmon Arm, BC is looking for a person with many skills. This “Jack of all Trades” should be personable, honest, self-motivated and hard working who learns quickly and loves a variety of tasks.
Our expectations:
• Greet and assist all visitors in a professional manner
• Receive and screen all incoming calls
• Review and sort incoming mail and couriers
• Handle cash and work with a cash till and transelect machine
• Assist customers in selecting lights to meet function & design needs
• Prepare quotes for contractors, designers and homeowners
• Effectively respond to email and phone inquiries
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and how to troubleshoot issues
• Educate customers with product information on a wide range of quality and high-end options
• Expedite and follow up on orders
• Assist with showroom merchandising and presentation
• Fill and ship customer orders
• Stock shelves with incoming product and maintain warehouse organization
• Maintain store cleanliness and general tidying

Lighting industry experience is preferred, not required. This is a part time position with opportunity to increase to full time. Hours are flexible but you must be available to work most Saturdays with alternate weekdays off. We are closed evenings and Sundays.
Our employees enjoy health and dental benefits in addition to a base pay plus incentive compensation plan and other company perks.
