The Fritzgerald Project by Grindstone Renovations, lit by Robinson Lighting, layers modern kitchen and bath lighting for a warm, high-function home. Matte-black pendants anchor the island, low-glare LED recessed lights brighten work zones, and a compact sconce niche adds cozy task light. Over the range, under-shelf LEDs and range hood lighting highlight the quartz backsplash, while the bathroom combines damp-rated recessed lighting with brushed-nickel wall sconces for flattering, even illumination. Thoughtful fixture placement, dimming, and colour-consistent LEDs create clean lines, rich navy cabinetry contrast, and a welcoming glow—proof that layered lighting elevates everyday living.
